When do I start paying?

Who counts as an employee?
Everyone with a current employment record in UbiniPeople — including staff who never log in. Your bill follows your payroll headcount, not your seat count.
How do billing periods work?
Periods are 30 days, billed up front from your headcount at the start of the period. Hiring mid-period does not change the current bill; the next period picks up the new count.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer through Paystack — the payment rails Nigerian businesses already use.
Is there really no setup or implementation fee?
None. Signup is self-service, your team can be onboarded with a bulk import, and support is included.
