7.5% VAT, shown properly
A VAT invoice must show the amount before tax, the VAT charged and the total. The generator applies 7.5% after any discount and prints each figure on its own line, so your customer's accountant can reclaim input VAT without asking.
Number your invoices consistently
Tax authorities and auditors expect an unbroken sequence. The default number is dated and ends in a counter — change the counter for each new invoice, and never reuse a number once it has been sent.
TIN on both sides
Put your Tax Identification Number on every invoice, and ask business customers for theirs. Both are needed for withholding-tax credit notes and for e-invoicing as it rolls out.
